I attended a Zero Waste Scotland event today hosted by The Tayberry Restaurant where I learned how to reduce food waste in the restaurant. Very informative day with great networking. Met some lovely fellow chefs including Praveen Kumar of Tabla Indian Restaurant and Adam Newth of The Tayberry, plus BBQ foodies Wild and Smoky. Delicious food, too! #FD2020
"Superb. Having worked in Mexico for a few years, I can say that the food here is as close as possible to genuine Mexican cuisine as you will find. Don't expect burritos or rubbish like that. Great food, drinks and superb tequila trolley".
