1. El Tajín Margarita
It is quite common for our diners to indulge in a few Margaritas and our mixologist, Marienne is often complimented on them. We only use artisan tequila (el Jimador Tequila, hand harvested 100% Blue Agave) and Mezcal (Joven) in our house Margaritas. We freshly squeeze our limes every night (which Marienne and team love do to!), always use Cointreau rather than Triple Sec and make them fresh to order with a salt or sugar rim. This guarantees an authentic Mexican Margarita experience every time. Enjoy!
2. El Diablo
Marienne’s top recommendation is the legendary El Diablo; el Jimador Tequila, Creme de Cassis, Ginger Beer & freshly squeezed lime juice. The sweet blackcurrant balances with the ginger and tequila perfectly. Very drinkable indeed
3. Mezcal Negroni
Smokey Mezcal, Negroni & Martini Rosso with a hint of citrus from the fresh orange. Substituting mezcal for gin in this take on a traditional negroni adds a smoky note to the cocktail while maintaining its simplicity.
