What a fantastic week we had last week celebrating Mexican Independence Day. Great to welcome fellow Mexicans and locals alike who enjoyed our special menu and celebrations. We opened specially on Sunday 15th Sep as it’s tradition in Mexico for friends and family to get together the day before Independence Day
Our guests feasted on our Patriotic Chicken Tinga Empanadas, Traditional & Vegan Mole with SillyFlatt grown Tomatillos, Fresh Angus Pork Tamales, Grilled Swordfish, Scottish Squid Aguachile, Myreside Cabrito to name a few popular dishes. And of course, our legendary Tequila & Mezcal trolley was out, along with our extensive collection of fine Mexican fines and our new range of Mexican craft beers. The children enjoying whacking the pinata for the sweeties. Our fiesta came to an end with the passionate El Grito speech by chef Martha and a rousing performance of the Mexican National Anthem by our guests. Viva Mexico!! ?? ?
