What a beautiful day for a BBQ! But we are working on a private party tonight! So maybe tomorrow I will roast in the BBQ some of my beautiful artichokes from my garden and do a nice salad with Cardoon, an Italian delicacy.
Yesterday we enjoyed some delicious lobsters which were given to us by our new family members of El Tajin. They were extremely delicious cooked under the grill with some salt and olive oil for 2-3 minutes and then drizzle off with a light dressing of rapeseed oil, some mixed herbs from the garden, lemon and seasoning. Yummy!!
